This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for Sitero's integrated AI-powered technology and clinical services offerings.
• Establish global revenue targets and manage the pipeline, forecasting, and bookings across service and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with product, medical, and delivery leadership to ensure the commercial strategy stays ahead of market trends.
• Create tailored sales motions, processes, and team structures for software and clinical services sales cycles.
• Engage with CTOs, CMOs, and VPs of Clinical Operations who are assessing eClinical solutions and Phase I-IV trials.
• Oversee intricate, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from initial engagement to closure.
• Launch SiteroAI in the market and communicate the efficiency improvements throughout the clinical development lifecycle.
• Work alongside product and science teams to ground the AI narrative in proven outcomes.
• Recruit, nurture, and manage a global commercial team that encompasses business development, account management, marketing, and commercial operations.
• Build scalable commercial infrastructure, including processes, tools, compensation plans, and forecasting mechanisms.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key sponsors and partners.
• Establish Sitero as a strategic long-term partner instead of a transactional vendor.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• 10-15+ years of commercial experience in the CRO, eClinical technology, and/or life sciences services sectors.
• Proven experience in selling complex, multi-year contracts to pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in selling both technology platforms and clinical services programs.
• Demonstrated success in building commercial functions and teams from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of AI in clinical development, with the capacity to translate technical capabilities into sponsor-relevant outcomes.
• Executive presence and the ability to cultivate a culture of accountability within a collaborative, science-driven environment.
