This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Comprehend the businesses and key performance indicators (KPIs) of assigned clients.
• Preserve existing revenue streams and business relationships.
• Identify, negotiate, and finalize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Ensure client satisfaction, maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS), and achieve top rankings in the industry, such as KLAS.
• Act as the representative voice of clients to Product Development, Client Success, Legal, Implementations, and Operations teams.
• Achieve annual goals for revenue retention and cross-sell/up-sell quotas.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with assigned clients regarding Revenue Cycle trends and reimbursement opportunities.
• Comprehend, articulate, and address the needs of clients effectively.
• Provide guidance to clients on healthcare trends, vendor consolidation, health system mergers and acquisitions, and revenue cycle updates.
• Gather and analyze data on industry behavior.
• Formulate client-specific upsell strategies using insights from roadblocks, competitor analysis, budgets, renewal timelines, and service-line adoption pathways.
• Enhance knowledge of current service offerings and eliminate unnecessary scope exceptions.
• Conduct quarterly business and executive reviews.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management sales or business development, particularly with large hospital systems.
• Demonstrated success in expanding Revenue Cycle Management services within current hospital or health system clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
• Ability to drive business success through effective partnership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in cross-group collaboration, including building consensus and driving outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, internal engagements, partner interactions, and event attendance.
• Must reside in the United States within one of the designated eligible states.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
