This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the CEO and function as a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Take ownership of the overarching People & Culture strategy.
• Spearhead organization-wide culture transformation initiatives.
• Provide counsel and coaching to senior leaders regarding talent strategy and change management.
• Design and facilitate the operational cadence for the Senior Leadership Team, including executive communications, strategic planning cycles, and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic People & Culture team.
• Establish metrics and dashboards for P&C that monitor talent health, turnover, and strategic milestones.
• Drive organizational design initiatives related to reporting structures, spans of control, and role clarity.
• Own the engagement surveys and listening sessions, translating insights into actionable leadership strategies.
• Oversee performance management, calibration, and enablement for frontline managers.
• Govern the compensation philosophy, including benchmarking, salary banding, and pay equity initiatives.
• Manage the benefits strategy, payroll partnerships, and HRIS data infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and risk mitigation across operational jurisdictions.
• Direct employee relations investigations and establish standards for resolution.
• Maintain company policies, employee handbooks, leave protocols, and job classifications.
• Lead human capital due diligence during acquisitions.
• Design and implement post-acquisition People & Culture integration plans, focusing on culture, total rewards, and talent retention.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role within a P&C/HR function.
• Proven experience in driving large-scale culture change, organizational design modifications, and manager enablement programs that enhance engagement and performance.
• Extensive understanding of compensation structures, executive compensation, and compliance with multi-jurisdiction labor laws.
• Proficient in analyzing organizational structures and utilizing HR metrics/dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Experience in building, mentoring, and leading a lean, agile People & Culture team.
• Capability to translate corporate strategies into actionable people priorities and measurable business results.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and credibility to coach executives and address complex employee relations issues.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, rapid scaling, restructures, and integration phases.
• Experience managing senior leadership team operational rhythms, meeting cadences, goal-setting cycles, and ensuring cross-functional follow-through.
• Practical experience leading human capital due diligence and post-merger integration, including compensation and benefits harmonization, culture integration, and strategies for talent retention.
• Bonus plan contingent on company performance.
