This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly report to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Expand and enhance health plan business to surpass sales targets for Vatica Health and Cozeva’s risk adjustment and platform solutions within a designated territory.
• Oversee a specific territory and drive business outcomes, sales initiatives, and collaborative projects.
• Meet established goals for business segment bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Formulate and implement a business plan and sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
• Cultivate and strengthen key customer relationships with targeted accounts.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of products and market dynamics.
• Engage in cross-functional teams that support customer-facing roles within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate and broker intricate contracts with major national and regional payer accounts.
• Drive direct client sales with a focus on acquiring new logos through prospecting, referrals, and scheduling appointments.
• Sell to senior leaders and C-level executives within national and regional health plans.
• Prepare and manage sales support for significant prospect meetings, whether in-person or via telephone.
• Take full responsibility for pursuing and completing RFIs/RFPs.
• Review and manage MSA, SOW, and SLA agreements.
• Provide support for meetings and trade shows, including scheduling executive meetings and attending key industry events such as AHIP, RISE, Risk Adjustment Summits, and Blues Summit.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing strategic relationships, selling, and closing complex deals within the Health Plan/Payer sector.
• At least 5 years of senior-level sales experience in Health Plans is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in navigating complex selling environments is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of personal organization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
