This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement the partner ecosystem strategy for North America.
• Propel regional revenue growth, market expansion, and scaling of delivery.
• Manage performance and pipeline for partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue.
• Build and enhance the partner organization, focusing on team structure, coverage models, and talent development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to create joint go-to-market strategies.
• Increase win rates, expand deal sizes, and accelerate the sales velocity for partner-involved transactions.
• Optimize and expand the active partner ecosystem that generates revenue.
• Speed up the time for new partners to achieve productivity.
• Foster partner enablement and growth capacity for high-quality implementations.
• Establish governance and operating rhythms to assess partner performance and return on investment.
• Provide leadership insights into partner contributions and outcomes.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners, nurturing senior relationships and addressing escalations.
• Oversee the Americas Alliances Team.
• Over 15 years of experience in driving partner-led growth in high-growth enterprise software firms.
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable outcomes in partner ecosystems within enterprise SaaS, including partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings.
• Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, and advisory partners within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams.
• Experience in building or scaling a partner organization, including designing teams, creating coverage models, and developing talent.
• A four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Skills in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Capacity to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
• Strong executive presence and proficiency in engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical skills and operational discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Direct experience in Finance, CPM/EPM, or related office-of-the-CFO software is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
• A graduate degree in business is preferred.
