This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take responsibility for the sales and bookings targets of the US Managed Learning Services, focusing on new logos, expansion, and renewals.
• Personally finalize significant, multi-year Managed Learning Services and workforce transformation contracts.
• Develop the enterprise sales team for the US market.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Enterprise Sales Representatives throughout the US.
• Establish quotas, design sales territories, and conduct pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on deal scoping, pricing, and account strategies.
• Create the US go-to-market strategy, which includes defining the ideal customer profile, identifying target accounts, determining channel mix, and generating demand.
• Engage with CLOs, CHROs, Chief People Officers, and other L&D and talent leaders at the board level.
• Report directly to the CEO and be an active member of the senior leadership team.
• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of personally closing enterprise deals valued at $2M or more.
• Extensive experience in selling professional services, L&D, HR services, or related enterprise offerings.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in Managed Learning Services, learning outsourcing, or workforce transformation.
• Experience in selling outcomes rather than focusing solely on headcount.
• Proven ability to operate across key US markets, with sales experience in at least three of the following: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Washington DC.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
• Capability to undertake occasional international travel for leadership offsites.
• Preferably existing relationships with Fortune 500 CHROs, CLOs, or talent transformation buyers.
• Experience in scaling a sales team from one or two individuals to a fully functioning regional team is preferred.
• Moderate travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Opportunities for periodic international travel for leadership offsites.
• Access to an established platform with a global delivery infrastructure.
• Participation in the senior leadership team and direct reporting to the CEO.
