This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
• Lead and foster business development and sales initiatives across various teams within agency accounts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance agency revenue, competitive edge, and customer loyalty.
• Utilize healthcare and consumer data suppliers along with media partnerships to bolster agency capabilities.
• Provide guidance to agency partners throughout the customer lifecycle, from research and new business pitches to commercial engagements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in media, advertising, and healthcare data.
• Drive new business initiatives and manage accounts for agency and media clients.
• Prospect and cultivate relationships to generate revenue for audience targeting and media measurement.
• Present and showcase audience targeting and media measurement products.
• Lead product presentations, demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, conference calls, technical discussions, executive discussions, webinars, and related activities.
• Prepare, present, and coordinate product proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and associated sales activities.
• Collaborate on sales efforts with sales support and delivery teams.
• Assist with account status updates, follow-up activities, audience activation, inbound leads, product literature, and win-loss tasks.
• Contribute to business-line strategy through customer feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis.
• Over 5 years of experience and a successful track record in healthcare adtech or agency sales.
• Experience in marketing and selling complex solutions utilizing real-world healthcare data, advertising analytics, or adtech technology to digital agencies and life sciences media clients.
• Proven success in developing and nurturing strong agency or life sciences and healthcare media relationships.
• Experience in leading contract negotiations and closing new and renewing B2B opportunities with large enterprise clients and their respective teams.
• Creative prospecting abilities, including networking, cold calling, and establishing deep relationships with key stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Understanding of the challenges in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Ability to propose innovative ideas related to identity resolution, data, and technology to enhance marketing strategy.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment that demands extensive self-direction.
• Strong communication skills to convey updates, obstacles, and challenges promptly and effectively.
