This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +9 more states.
• Propel revenue growth, create new business opportunities, and foster enduring customer relationships.
• Represent diagnostic products, testing solutions, and associated services.
• Support diagnostic portfolios, clinical specialties, customer segments, and geographical areas.
• Employ a consultative approach to comprehend customer needs, clinical and laboratory workflows, and business priorities.
• Formulate and implement strategic territory and account plans to meet sales, revenue, and market growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities within assigned customer segments and geographic regions.
• Establish and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratory staff, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
• Articulate the clinical, operational, and business value of diagnostic products, testing solutions, and services.
• Encourage adoption, implementation, and use of diagnostic solutions within targeted accounts.
• Oversee opportunities through lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
• Maintain territory plans, sales pipelines, account activities, and forecasts utilizing CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Evaluate territory performance, market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer trends.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, medical, technical, service, business development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, as applicable to the specific role.
• 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in diagnostics, laboratory, life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing new business, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales or revenue targets.
• Experience in managing a territory, account portfolio, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional, or matrixed environments.
• Strong consultative selling, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Capability to understand and convey technical and clinical concepts, diagnostic solutions, customer applications, and healthcare or laboratory workflows.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic planning abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage a geographically diverse territory and multiple customer priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license as required for the designated territory.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–75%, based on territory and business needs.
