
VP of Sales, Managed Learning Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership of the US Managed Learning Services sales and bookings objectives, encompassing new client acquisition, expansion, and renewals.
• Personally secure significant, multi-year Managed Learning Services and workforce transformation contracts.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives throughout the US market.
• Establish quotas, design sales territories, and conduct pipeline reviews, deal coaching, and forecasting sessions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on deal scoping, pricing strategies, and overall account management.
• Develop the US go-to-market strategy, which includes defining the ideal customer profile, identifying target accounts, determining channel mix, and generating demand.
• Engage with Chief Learning Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief People Officers, and other L&D and talent leaders at the board level.
• Report directly to the CEO and participate as a member of the senior leadership team.
• Over 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven history of closing enterprise deals exceeding $2M, preferably within Managed Learning Services, learning outsourcing, or workforce transformation sectors.
• Extensive experience in selling professional services, L&D, HR services, or a related category of enterprise services.
• Proficient in operating within major US markets, having sold in at least three of the following: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Washington DC.
• Practical experience in building pipeline, leading forecast meetings, coaching on deals, and achieving quarterly sales goals.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US.
• Openness to periodic international travel for leadership offsite events.
• Preferred existing relationships with CHROs, CLOs, or talent transformation buyers at Fortune 500 firms.
• Experience in scaling a sales team from one or two members to a complete regional function is preferred.
• Moderate travel for client engagements and industry events.
• Occasional international travel for leadership offsite gatherings.
• Access to a Fortune 500 client base and a robust global delivery network.
• Participation in the senior leadership team.
• Direct reporting line to the CEO.
