πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the annual roadmap for the Risk & Quality AI Solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with company priorities and identifying opportunities for new revenue, efficiency, and increased client value.

β€’ Collaborate with business stakeholders and the ML/AI team to identify and prioritize AI-native product opportunities that will have the greatest impact across the combined Vatica and Cozeva product lines.

β€’ Create and implement AI-native solutions that leverage agents, OCR, NLP, and LLMs to automate clinical and operational workflows, while upholding the accuracy standards required in a regulated healthcare environment.

β€’ Manage the entire AI solution lifecycle β€” from problem framing and development to evaluation, production monitoring, and retirement β€” in close collaboration with Engineering and ML/AI teams.

β€’ Define and expand the human-in-the-loop review process for use cases such as chart abstraction, summarization, and coding assistance, ensuring a balance between automation and clinical compliance safeguards.

β€’ Establish frameworks for evaluating and monitoring LLM and NLP-based workflows, employing rigorous measurement methodologies (e.g., precision/recall, false positive/negative analysis) alongside continuous performance monitoring.

β€’ Define and monitor KPIs for each product and the overall portfolio, directly linking them to client impact and efficiency improvements.

β€’ Oversee AI-related costs and assess the effectiveness of models and engineering to ensure a sustainable and scalable suite of solutions.

β€’ Act as a leader in responsible AI policy and practices for the Risk & Quality portfolio, ensuring that solutions remain transparent, auditable, and compliant with relevant healthcare regulations. (Note: confirm the specific frameworks and obligations applicable to your products with Compliance.)

β€’ Mentor a high-performing product management team; implement OKRs and drive consistent, predictable delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in data- or AI-focused product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching Risk & Quality solutions powered by ML/AI.

β€’ Demonstrated success in delivering mission-critical, regulated software products at scale, along with experience in building and leading product teams.

β€’ Proven ability to operationalize AI- or data-driven products in production, including establishing evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM or NLP-based workflows.

β€’ Expertise in measurement and evaluation methodologies (precision/recall, false positives/negatives) along with continuous performance monitoring skills.

β€’ Strong technical proficiency β€” capable of collaborating closely with Engineering on system architecture, data pipelines, API design, and integration patterns.

β€’ Experience navigating the AI development lifecycle (AI DLC) β€” from data and model development to evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

β€’ Experience leading or working within blended offshore/onshore teams, including managing delivery across different time zones and facilitating distributed collaboration.

β€’ Background in cross-functional product/AI/engineering pods, with the ability to align product, data science, and engineering towards shared outcomes.

β€’ Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, HCC coding, and CMS risk adjustment models, including the transition to the v28 model. (Verify the specific model versions and phasing you require against current CMS guidance.)

β€’ Excellent narrative communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, clinical, and compliance domains.
