This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish priorities for the mobile product and promote ongoing discovery.
• Ensure the mobile strategy aligns with Deque’s overall platform product strategy and maintain consistency across the axe portfolio.
• Connect with customers, Product Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Engage with customers, users, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to accurately represent the product’s target market.
• Define and communicate product requirements, priorities, business outcomes, and release objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Development throughout discovery, validation, delivery, and iteration processes.
• Work together on product positioning, enablement, launches, and sales materials.
• Monitor customer feedback and product performance to guide prioritization efforts.
• Develop quarterly roadmap proposals, facilitate stakeholder finalization meetings, and oversee roadmap execution.
• Prioritize work from sprint to sprint alongside product owners and senior technical staff.
• Supervise product owners and/or junior product managers, including providing coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with engineering managers on staffing and overseeing technical team members.
• Maintain competitive intelligence, market traction metrics, and outlooks for the mobile sector.
• Present findings to industry analysts and represent Deque and its mobile product.
• Provide training for Sales, Solutions Engineers, Product Success, and Help Desk Engineers.
• Facilitate the mobile product forum and update product intranet content.
• Assist in major sales opportunities and large service implementations.
• Assess and enhance team effectiveness in collaboration with Engineering Managers and Product Owners.
• Build strong relationships with users at key customer accounts.
• 4–7 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS context, demonstrating a successful track record of product launches.
• Experience collaborating with direct sales teams, including Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
• Worked closely with Product Development team members as primary users/stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance customer demands, competitive pressures, and the need to move forward with the product vision.
• Skilled in articulating the product's value proposition to both internal and external audiences.
• Comfortable with identifying and monitoring competitive products and market positioning.
• History of engaging directly with customers, including conducting discovery conversations and gathering product feedback.
• Experience in a fully remote work environment is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous discovery.
• Strong customer empathy and advocacy skills.
• Ability to engage users and customers in the product development process.
• Proficient in using AI tools for Product Management tasks.
• Experience with AI coding tools to develop working prototypes.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
