This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Develop and refine the strategy for a specific Orion platform domain.
• Identify challenges to address, desired outcomes, strategic options, sequencing, and success metrics.
• Present the domain strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and results to executive leadership.
• Enhance understanding of brand, attorney, and internal user workflows through customer interactions, platform data, win/loss analysis, market research, and ongoing discovery.
• Confirm needs and assumptions prior to allocating development resources.
• Own the domain roadmap and make decisions on prioritization and scope based on evidence.
• Balance customer value, revenue and retention potential, implementation effort, risk, dependencies, and the long-term health of the platform.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, customer-facing teams, and executive leadership to ensure alignment in decision-making.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Create valuable, feasible, usable, viable, and scalable solutions.
• Address cross-domain dependencies and establish shared platform requirements with Engineering.
• Ensure the architectural coherence and integration of Orion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Vorys eControl, and other stakeholders on positioning, launch readiness, enablement, customer communication, and feedback mechanisms.
• Mentor and develop Product Managers.
• Set decision context and accountability while enhancing product craftsmanship.
• Exemplify rigorous, customer-centered, outcome-focused product leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in a related area.
• Preferably a minimum of 8 years in product management.
• Demonstrated capability to define product strategy and convert it into outcomes, roadmaps, discovery plans, and investment choices.
• Proven expertise in B2B SaaS product leadership, including intricate workflows, analytics, data-centric products, and diverse user personas.
• Mastery in continuous discovery, user research, jobs-to-be-done methodology, quantitative product analysis, and agile delivery practices.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to make strategic trade-offs.
• Technical and data fluency encompassing platform architecture, integrations, data quality, analytics, AI/ML-enabled functionalities, scalability, and management of technical debt.
• Established cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs and translating usage data into roadmap decisions.
• Commercial insight covering acquisition, retention, adoption, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the presentation of product strategy and roadmaps to executive leadership.
• Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers while remaining actively involved in discovery and delivery.
