This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Define and enhance the strategy for a designated Orion platform domain
• Identify problems to address, desired outcomes, strategic options, sequencing, and measures of success
• Present domain strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and results to executive leadership
• Perform customer and market research through customer interactions, platform data, win/loss analysis, and market studies
• Confirm customer needs and assumptions prior to allocating development resources
• Manage the domain roadmap and make informed prioritization and scope choices based on evidence
• Balance customer value, revenue and retention prospects, delivery effort, risk, dependencies, and platform sustainability
• Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration processes
• Create valuable, feasible, usable, viable, and scalable solutions
• Address cross-domain dependencies and establish shared platform requirements with Engineering
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Vorys eControl, and other stakeholders on positioning, launch readiness, enablement, customer communications, and feedback mechanisms
• Mentor and develop Product Managers while enhancing product expertise
• Align and influence stakeholders across Precision eControl and Vorys eControl
• Foster continuous improvement of the integrated Orion platform experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience
• At least 7 years of experience in a related area
• A minimum of 8 years in product management is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and convert it into outcomes, roadmaps, discovery plans, and investment choices
• Proficiency in B2B SaaS product leadership, complex workflows, analytics, data-driven products, and various user personas
• Mastery of continuous discovery, user research, jobs-to-be-done methodology, quantitative product analysis, and agile delivery methods
• Technical and data literacy covering platform architecture, integrations, data quality, analytics, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, scalability, and technical debt management
• Skills in cross-functional leadership and executive communication
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs and translating usage data into roadmap decisions
• Commercial insight into acquisition, retention, adoption, service delivery, and operational efficiency drivers
• Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers while remaining actively involved in discovery and delivery
