This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Define and take ownership of Curri's product vision and roadmap.
• Integrate AI seamlessly into dispatch, routing, pricing, and support operations.
• Develop a discipline around ROI, identify value opportunities, and prioritize product initiatives.
• Establish success metrics, monitor shipped features, and assess actual outcomes against projections.
• Convert company strategy into a coherent product plan in collaboration with the executive team.
• Collaborate with Engineering on trade-offs, execution, and swift releases.
• Engage with customers through advisory boards, key-account discussions, roadmap presentations, demonstrations, and enterprise sales meetings.
• Address product objections and identify gaps, shape enterprise contract commitments, and incorporate win/loss insights into the product roadmap.
• Ensure quality for AI-driven features, including evaluations, failure modes, costs, latency, and safety measures.
• Establish AI-assisted working standards for the product management team and expedite prototyping efforts.
• Lead and expand the product management team from three PMs to four to six.
• Work closely with Engineering, Growth, Operations, Sales, and the executive team.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management.
• More than 4 years of experience managing product managers.
• Proven track record of advancing into product leadership roles with substantial scope.
• Capability to establish a clear, customer-driven product vision.
• Experience in supporting enterprise sales processes, including demos, handling product objections, RFPs, and security or integration evaluations.
• Proven experience in constructing business cases for product investments and utilizing opportunity sizing for prioritization.
• Strong skills in product analytics, including defining metrics, utilizing PostHog or SQL, conducting experiments, and managing staged rollouts.
• Experience in deploying AI or ML features into production, encompassing evaluations, edge cases, and user adoption.
• Familiarity with current AI tools and the ability to create prototypes.
• Hands-on leadership approach with strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Product leadership experience at a marketplace company is advantageous.
• Experience in developing automation or agentic products within logistics, marketplaces, or field services is a plus.
• Experience in building or scaling a product organization at a similar growth stage is a plus.
• Experience in introducing ROI modeling or opportunity sizing to a product team is a plus.
