This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative.
• Leverage product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights to achieve results.
• Identify and define enterprise product initiatives from initial discovery to launch and user adoption.
• Develop administrative and governance features, including role-based permissions, access visibility, usage and spending controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering to outline and deliver enterprise products such as the Ads Engine.
• Work alongside sales to prioritize feature requests and address deal blockers, ensuring an effective roadmap.
• Engage in customer discussions to gain insights into enterprise evaluations, purchasing decisions, and the rollout of creative tools.
• Establish success metrics and monitor adoption, growth, and retention across various accounts.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and growth teams to expedite project delivery and ensure successful completion.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, particularly in owning enterprise or B2B products.
• Proven track record of managing revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes across various strategies.
• Experience in deploying enterprise features such as administration, permissions, billing, or security.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption among large customer accounts.
• In-depth understanding of workflows within creative, marketing, and media teams.
• Skilled in scoping and defining large, ambiguous projects, managing them from start to finish.
• Experience collaborating directly with sales and customers to prioritize high-volume requests into a clear roadmap.
• Design-oriented, capable of creating mock-ups for concepts and workflows.
• Technically fluent to engage in discussions about architecture, integrations, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Strong product judgment with a clear perspective on what to build and the reasons behind it.
• A tendency to prioritize shipping and iterating on products.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and creative tools.
• Must currently reside in an eligible country listed for the role.
