📋 Description

• Engage with clients to comprehend and articulate strategic business objectives.

• Oversee numerous projects from inception to completion in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Persuade stakeholders and steer discussions towards favorable outcomes.

• Assess end-users’ needs through interviews and ethnographic studies.

• Convert business and user requirements into user flows, feature maps, and user narratives.

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate workshops focused on design thinking, empathy-building, and ideation.

• Create omni-channel Journey Maps, Experience Maps, and Service Blueprints.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to formulate testable concepts and validate theories.

• Lead project teams to produce solutions that fulfill business needs and enhance user satisfaction.

• Work alongside Business Development to develop proposal responses and assist in project scoping.

• Collaborate with developers to assess the feasibility of requirements and prioritize recommendations.

• Act as a client consultant, product manager, and project coordinator throughout various engagements.

• Relevant experience in consulting, digital agencies, or industry roles focused on user experience, digital strategy, or product management.

• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of UX/UI best practices.

• Proven experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams comprised of designers and engineers.

• In-depth understanding of Agile principles, client relationship management, and software development methodologies.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while demonstrating strong prioritization skills.

• Aptitude for quickly understanding and resolving intricate business challenges.

• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, including skills in presentation and workshop facilitation.

• Strong business acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives.

• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the capability to prioritize and negotiate effectively.

• Quick to learn and adapt to new projects with minimal oversight.
