Senior Product Manager, Liquidity & Money Movement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the money movement strategy, including the roadmap and end-to-end delivery.

• Manage systems that process billions in fiat currency across banking partners and payment networks.

• Develop routing, failover strategies, and coordination logic among banking partners, on/off ramps, and payment rails.

• Partner with leading financial institutions and banking partners to establish rails and APIs for digital asset services.

• Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to establish standards for regulated fiat movement.

• Lead the infrastructure that facilitates the movement of assets in, out, and across Paxos.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Product Management.

• Proven experience with fiat rails, payments, banking partnerships, on/off ramps, stablecoin swaps/conversions, or transaction orchestration is advantageous.

• Proficient with APIs, payment and banking integrations, and complex systems that support global financial networks.

• Capable of working independently, structuring ambiguous challenges, and driving initiatives to successful outcomes without top-down direction.

• Experience leveraging analytics to inform decisions and optimize products at a large scale.

• A strong interest in financial inclusion and democratizing access to financial services.

• Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure is a plus.

• Background in fintech or transformation within financial services is a plus.

• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks related to fiat movement and digital assets is a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
