This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programming initiatives within the division.
• Supervise and manage the division's booking personnel.
• Identify and explore new booking opportunities alongside traditional third-party content.
• Improve existing resources and develop new booking tools for client venues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry decision-makers, including content providers, talent agencies, and entertainment producers.
• Work collaboratively with the division leader to strategize on new business opportunities.
• Offer strategic insights on client renewal efforts within the division.
• Assist in negotiations with new business and renewal clients.
• Prepare financial pro formas, budgets, and profit and loss statements for events.
• Establish and implement strategic planning for event programming at client venues.
• Contribute to client retention and the development of new business.
• A minimum of 10+ years of extensive experience in venue booking within live entertainment and/or sports facilities.
• At least 5+ years of experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the facility management industry, covering promotions, concerts, family shows, private/corporate events, and special events.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships across the live entertainment industry, talent agencies, and content providers.
• Experience in contract negotiation, development, and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capability to interact effectively, professionally, and diplomatically with clients at all levels, including executives from professional sports franchises and high-level NCAA athletic department administration.
• Highly organized with outstanding project coordination and management skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong leadership abilities to oversee the division's booking team.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change when required.
