This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess and cultivate qualified customer opportunities alongside the Managing Director and Director of Market Development.
• Spearhead customer-specific technical and commercial solutions for EPCs, utilities, data centers, industrial clients, and critical-power applications.
• Convert customer needs and project limitations into actionable solutions.
• Create project cost models, initial schedules, execution strategies, scopes of supply, and delivery assumptions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners for pricing, technical details, lead times, and commercial conditions.
• Recognize technical, commercial, schedule, and supply-chain risks prior to customer commitments.
• Engage in customer and EPC meetings, provide technical clarifications, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Take overall responsibility for delivery following contract award.
• Guide projects through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Set project budgets, timelines, milestones, reporting requirements, and risk registers.
• Oversee project costs, schedules, quality, contractual scope, and delivery performance.
• Manage scope changes and communicate related commercial impacts.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturing partners.
• Provide project updates and escalate issues to the Managing Director.
• Direct the resolution of delivery challenges while maintaining customer relations.
• Document lessons learned to enhance estimating and execution processes.
• Own and advance the U.S. supply-chain strategy.
• Identify, qualify, negotiate with, and oversee strategic suppliers and subcontractors.
• Build a competitive supplier network and monitor supplier performance.
• Validate supplier pricing and enhance cost, lead time, quality, and commercial conditions.
• Formulate domestic and international sourcing strategies.
• Ensure that equipment and components fulfill project specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical) or a related technical discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in solutions engineering, project delivery, or program management for complex engineered equipment, electrical infrastructure, energy, or industrial capital projects.
• Proven project leadership throughout engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction/installation, and commissioning phases.
• Strong comprehension of project costing, estimating, margins, cash flow, and commercial risks.
• Experience in developing and managing suppliers, subcontractors, and supply-chain strategies.
• Background in working with EPCs, utilities, data centers, industrial clients, or other advanced capital-project clients.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to function effectively in an entrepreneurial setting with minimal initial infrastructure.
