This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Act as the General Manager of Dynata+, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Position Dynata+ as the main self-service platform and foundational strategic platform for Dynata.
• Promote enterprise-wide utilization throughout Dynata’s business units.
• Develop a scalable product-led growth mechanism.
• Achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention objectives.
• Outline a long-term ecosystem strategy that encompasses APIs, integrations, and AI functionalities.
• Shift Dynata towards a platform-centric operational model.
• Establish the multi-year vision and roadmap for the platform.
• Advocate for platform-first perspectives across Dynata.
• Direct platform governance and prioritization efforts.
• Lead the Dynata+ Executive Steering Committee.
• Spot adjacent growth opportunities and new use cases.
• Manage the roadmap for sample, scripting, analytics, and visualization.
• Convert commercial priorities into product specifications.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and release management workflows.
• Guarantee enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and scalability.
• Take charge of user experience and customer journey design.
• Establish API and ecosystem strategies.
• Manage revenue, cost structure, profitability, and forecasting.
• Formulate annual operating plans and budgets.
• Determine pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Build investment cases for new capabilities.
• Oversee ARR, NRR, gross margin, churn, CAC, conversion rates, and active users.
• Develop operating agreements and service models.
• Facilitate the transition from fragmented tools to cohesive platform capabilities.
• Represent Dynata+ in executive planning discussions.
• Proven executive leadership experience encompassing platform strategy, product, commercial, and customer leadership.
• Responsibility for strategy, product direction, platform adoption, go-to-market execution, customer success, and financial performance.
• Capacity to drive enterprise-wide platform adoption across various business units.
• Experience in creating scalable product-led growth mechanisms.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention targets.
• Skilled in defining ecosystem strategy, including APIs, integrations, and AI functionalities.
• Background in leading the development of multi-year platform vision and roadmap.
• Experience in platform governance, prioritization, and release management.
• Familiarity with evaluating AI-enabled capabilities in survey programming, targeting, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Proven track record of owning roadmaps across sample, scripting, analytics, and visualization.
• Experience ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, compliance, and scalability.
• Knowledge of revenue, cost structure, profitability, forecasting, operating plans, budgets, pricing, packaging, and monetization.
• Expertise in managing ARR, NRR, gross margin, churn, CAC, conversion rates, and active users.
