This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the strategic plan for the National Accounts business division
• Oversee all facets of customer relationship management for significant national account clients
• Set annual targets for revenue, profitability, growth, and market share
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Negotiate pricing agreements, contracts, product initiatives, and long-term business collaborations
• Discover opportunities to enhance product placement, market penetration, and overall customer share
• Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to create tailored growth strategies and promotional initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure the successful delivery of customer commitments
• Track industry trends, competitive movements, and customer requirements to pinpoint strategic opportunities
• Lead forecasting, sales planning, pipeline management, and customer business assessments
• Develop and mentor account managers and sales professionals who support the National Strategic Accounts business
• Ensure customer profitability through disciplined pricing, mix management, and contract administration
• Provide regular business updates and strategic insights to senior leadership
• Aid in new customer acquisition efforts and strategic business development initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Manage the P&L for the National Strategic Accounts channel
• Act as the primary leader in managing and expanding AHF Products' most important customer partnerships
• Travel frequently to customer sites, trade events, industry conferences, field meetings, and company facilities; estimated travel requirement: 60%
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field is required
• Master's degree is preferred
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership or national account management experience is required
• At least 5 years of experience leading large customer portfolios or strategic account teams
• Background in flooring, building products, manufacturing, distribution, home improvement, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Proven history of achieving sustainable revenue growth and profitability
• Strong understanding of national account sales strategies and complex customer management
• Proven capability to negotiate large-scale contracts and strategic business agreements
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and market share within a large customer portfolio
• Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, profitability analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
• Ability to influence decision-making at executive levels both internally and externally
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Frequent travel by automobile and air is necessary
• Ability to review, analyze, and present business data
