This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain a pipeline for business development and a prospect list for a designated territory or segment.
• Expand NationSwell's Institutional Membership base by utilizing personal connections, outbound initiatives, and various engagement strategies.
• Design and implement a go-to-market strategy via direct outreach, marketing, events, and insights.
• Establish and develop relationships with senior leaders and potential members within target segments.
• Take ownership of Unit Renewal, Net Revenue Retention, and growth objectives for a portfolio of high-value members.
• Drive organic growth through enhanced engagement, cross-selling, upselling, and executive referrals.
• Act as the primary strategic owner for each account.
• Create customized servicing strategies that align with members’ changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities, foresee risks, and guide members toward valuable engagement across membership, Studio, and programming offerings.
• Mentor and coach Member Success partners.
• Set standards for account planning, renewal strategies, documentation, and member communication.
• Collaborate with the Executive Team and cross-functional leaders to enhance responsive programming.
• Convert member insights into actionable feedback for product, programming, and Studio efforts.
• Organize in-person and virtual gatherings with senior leaders.
• Promote peer-to-peer connections and collaboration within the NationSwell community.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise business development, account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, or consulting roles.
• Direct responsibility for sales and renewals, as well as expansion targets for a portfolio of complex accounts.
• Proven track record of creating new partnerships and achieving new business revenue goals.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for new segments or territories.
• Established connections with senior-level leaders in corporate social impact/CSR, philanthropic, and social sector organizations.
• Capacity to leverage senior-level networks for business development and account growth.
• Ability to function as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives.
• Highly developed executive presence.
• Competent in navigating ambiguity, influencing without formal authority, and engaging senior leaders with confidence and credibility.
• Strong skills in facilitation and convening.
• Experience in building, refining, and/or implementing servicing motions, tools, or playbooks.
• Proven management skills, ideally within account servicing teams.
• Commercially oriented and metrics-focused, comfortable operating against revenue targets and using data for decision-making.
• Collaborative leadership approach with cross-functional partners.
• High energy and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and maintain detailed documentation.
• Experience with corporate social impact/CSR, philanthropic, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
