Senior Social & Community Manager – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the social media strategy and oversee daily operations, which includes managing the content calendar, briefing and sourcing content, posting, and engaging with the community.

• Identify and collaborate with UGC creators to coordinate content creation.

• Develop and implement influencer strategies, pinpointing nano and micro creators, coordinating gifting, and nurturing relationships.

• Engage in Reddit threads, Facebook groups, and other pertinent communities as a representative of Ethique.

• Identify and oversee collaborations, events, sampling initiatives, and other partnerships and activations from start to finish.

• Lead and inspire an outsourced coordinator who assists with administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in marketing, community management, content creation, creator relations, or related fields.

• Proven experience in planning and executing strategies on both Instagram and TikTok.

• Proficient in sourcing creators or managing user-generated content.

• Demonstrated success in building communities or managing social media presence at any scale.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and experimenting with strategies that may not yield immediate results.

• Friendly and good-natured demeanor.

• Enthusiastic about the opportunity to help develop a brand that grows steadily over time.

• Able to be both resourceful and strategic in daily tasks.

• Genuine interest in and/or background related to beauty, sustainability, and/or outdoor lifestyle.
