This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute community events across designated AMER markets
• Coordinate customer learning breakfasts, ecosystem events, partner cocktail receptions, and roundtable discussions
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with TA leaders
• Collaborate with Event Operations on venue selection, invitations, and post-event summaries
• Enhance and innovate community engagement strategies
• Acquire expertise in Ashby and the needs of TA leaders to curate pertinent content
• Design and facilitate live sessions that assist customers in activating Ashby features and staying updated on TA trends
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product Marketing on the Ashby Hidden Gems initiative
• Create and disseminate product tips, dashboards, and templates
• Strengthen Ashby’s brand and trust through ongoing community engagement
• Develop onboarding and enablement processes for ACE events
• Work with GTM teams on prospect and customer onsite visits
• Moderate panels, participate in events, and establish a presence at industry gatherings
• Partner with marketing, customer success, sales, partnerships, EMEA counterparts, community partners, and Event Operations
• Report directly to the Partnerships lead
• Proven experience as a TA Advisor & Community Lead within AMER
• Proficient Ashby user or at least well-acquainted with Ashby and its advantages
• Strong background in talent acquisition
• Expertise in TA processes and tools
• Familiarity with Ashby dashboards, workflows, and templates
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in hosting, matchmaking, and organizing community events
• Willingness and eagerness to travel approximately twice a month for community events
• Established network within the TA community and a desire to expand it
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an experimental attitude
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools and automation
• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition
• Knowledge of contemporary TA systems and practices
• Confidence in moderating discussions or public speaking
• In-depth understanding of the TA ecosystem and a well-established network in major metropolitan areas such as San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and Chicago
• Previous experience using Ashby is mandatory; applicants without prior product knowledge are advised not to apply
