This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the Community Growth intelligence strategy by recognizing key strategic inquiries, prioritizing analytical tasks, and ensuring insights shape team and product roadmaps.
β’ Transform unclear growth prospects into hypotheses, analytical plans, opportunity assessments, and actionable recommendations.
β’ Develop investment cases that are ready for decision-making, linking Community strategy, Product strategy, resources, impact, trade-offs, and risks.
β’ Set up metrics and measurement frameworks, independently analyze data, and collaborate with Data Science on data architecture and in-depth analyses.
β’ Foster business rhythms through portfolio prioritization, business reviews, progress reports, and narratives detailing results and lessons learned.
β’ Spearhead cross-functional initiatives from defining problems to execution, measurement, and iteration alongside Community, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance teams.
β’ Counsel Community Growth leaders and senior stakeholders by questioning assumptions, highlighting trade-offs, and ensuring team alignment.
β’ Oversee and nurture a small team of analysts and strategists, with potential for function expansion.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in consumer growth, growth marketing, strategy and operations, product strategy, business analytics, management consulting, or a related area, including work with consumer products or platforms.
β’ Proven ability to assess opportunities, create investment cases, and translate analysis into prioritization decisions and measurable results.
β’ Proficient in advanced spreadsheet modeling and possess working knowledge of SQL.
β’ Capable of conducting hands-on analysis, examining imperfect data, and collaborating effectively with Data Science.
β’ Experienced in defining KPIs and measurement frameworks, applying experimentation, or utilizing other rigorous evaluation methods.
β’ Background in managing and developing personnel while also contributing directly.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Skilled at establishing structure in ambiguous and fast-paced settings and influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority.
β’ Experience in management consulting, chief of staff roles, business operations, or growth strategy, merging structured problem-solving with practical execution.
β’ Familiarity with both large-scale consumer organizations and startup or scale-up environments.
β’ Knowledgeable in product-led, ecosystem, or community-driven growth approaches.
