Vice President – Member Enrollment & Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the billing and enrollment processes across various regions.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans for enrollment and billing operations.

• Supervise daily activities and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

• Manage departmental budgets and collaborate with finance to analyze financial data.

• Implement and uphold regulatory compliance policies, conduct audits, and address compliance issues.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster robust stakeholder relationships.

• Oversee and track KPIs related to enrollment, billing, and revenue management.

• Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and identify growth opportunities.

• Ensure the precise and timely processing of enrollment applications, billing statements, and claims.

• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of professionals.

• Identify and execute process enhancements.

• Supervise member enrollment, policy administration, claim processing, and revenue cycle management.

• Carry out other assigned duties as required.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare operations is mandatory.

• Prior experience in managing staff, including hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluation is essential.

• Significant experience in health insurance enrollment and billing operations is required.

• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems and revenue cycle management is preferred.

• Equivalent experience gained through relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills reflective of this position's level is acceptable.
