VP, Integrated Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the senior leader responsible for performance, execution, and client value delivery across designated client engagements.

• Develop and sustain executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor on supply chain transformation and performance enhancement.

• Coordinate client stakeholders, on-site teams, and Vizient functional leaders around a cohesive operating model.

• Formulate long-term supply chain strategies and transformation roadmaps in collaboration with client leadership.

• Oversee integrated supply chain delivery encompassing sourcing, value analysis, analytics, inventory, and operations.

• Convert enterprise and client strategies into quantifiable integrated operating plans.

• Propel savings initiatives, operational enhancements, and transformation efforts.

• Ensure synchronized execution across National Centers and between on-site and centralized teams.

• Recognize risks, eliminate obstacles, and lead structured problem-solving efforts.

• Direct process redesign, standardization, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate the implementation of tools, technologies, and capabilities that enhance scalability and client outcomes.

• Establish governance structures, decision rights, escalation pathways, and accountability frameworks.

• Define and track KPIs, dashboards, and management routines.

• Identify expansion opportunities, deepen client partnerships, and enhance engagement value.

• Align delivery with revenue growth and margin optimization objectives.

• Aid business development through executive engagement and solution shaping.

• Create scalable solutions and offerings for multiple clients.

• Drive alignment and results without direct authority across matrixed stakeholders.

• Guide teams through transitions and provide performance guidance and professional development feedback.

• Balance enterprise standards with client-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with National Center leadership to deploy expertise on a large scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Advanced degree desired.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or related fields is required.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Proven success in operating within highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

• Strong track record of achieving measurable financial and operational outcomes.

• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders in health systems or similarly intricate organizations.

• Willingness to travel regularly and promptly throughout the year to meet clients' needs and schedules.
