This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of Later's comprehensive growth marketing strategy, integrating product marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle management to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Manage and allocate the growth marketing budget across various channels.
• Define goals, KPIs, and establish reporting frameworks.
• Develop unique growth strategies for Later Influence, Later Social, and Creator/Affiliate initiatives.
• Establish annual and quarterly planning cycles for the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop around 12 marketers specializing in product marketing, digital marketing, and growth marketing.
• Make strategic decisions regarding hiring and organizational structure.
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation, learning, and AI-driven operations.
• Oversee paid media strategies including paid social, paid search, video, and display advertising.
• Direct SEO and AEO strategies.
• Manage email and in-app lifecycle strategies for both brand and creator audiences.
• Enhance conversion rate optimization and overall web strategy.
• Create and refine account-based marketing programs.
• Take charge of attribution and marketing measurement in collaboration with RevOps and MarketingOps.
• Lead the development of quarterly testing roadmaps and evaluate campaign performance.
• Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Optimize conversion funnels across all business lines.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, Product Marketing, Web, and Creator teams.
• Present growth marketing performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Over 10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar budget and revenue targets.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing marketing teams, including managing other managers or senior specialists.
• Experience as a player-coach, leading a team while also executing personal responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of paid media, SEO and AEO, lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, and web conversion rate optimization.
• Experience in building and scaling demand within B2B SaaS, PLG, or marketplace contexts.
• Familiarity with both enterprise-level and self-serve marketing approaches is preferred.
• Strong understanding of attribution modeling, experimental design, and funnel analysis.
• Proficient with GA4, Amplitude, Looker, or Mode analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo, Iterable, or Braze.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both team members and executive stakeholders.
• Prior experience in marketing to or through creators, or within the social, influencer, or commerce sectors is a plus.
• Previous collaboration with Sales on ABM or enterprise pipeline initiatives is an advantage.
