This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the primary roadmap for the Growth organization, which includes Client Development, Growth programs, and shared services.
• Oversee portfolio intake, visibility, sequencing, prioritization facilitation, and management of capacity.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives among Client Development, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics.
• Ensure ongoing visibility into active, at-risk, and decision-dependent initiatives.
• Design and manage the meeting schedules, agendas, and operational rituals for Client Development.
• Monitor key initiatives while ensuring accountability, follow-through, and visibility for senior leadership.
• Create leadership updates and materials suitable for board presentations.
• Directly supervise and mentor four team members within the Revenue Operations and Enablement unit.
• Establish weekly and quarterly priorities, driving execution through well-structured two-week sprints.
• Develop and manage the onboarding and training processes for RVPs.
• Lead the implementation of new tools, programs, and operational processes.
• Steer change management efforts for technology rollouts, updates to compensation plans, and territory design changes.
• Oversee the roadmap for conversion improvement across Proposals, Training, High Value Opportunities, and Performance Coaching.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to analyze trends in conversion, identify risks, and assess program performance.
• Collect insights from RVPs, Managing Directors, and advisors in the field.
• Identify obstacles, escalate decisions, and report on conversion progress and prospects to Growth leadership.
• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as required.
• Capability to work in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office free from interruptions.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
• Proficient in leading Revenue Operations and Enablement concerning operational infrastructure and field support.
• Experience managing and coaching a team of four individuals.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional programs within Client Development, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics.
• Familiarity with portfolio governance, intake, sequencing, and capacity management.
• Background in driving conversion improvement initiatives and managing change effectively.
• Proficient in working with data analytics and full-funnel conversion reporting.
• Capability to produce leadership updates and materials appropriate for board review.
