Junior Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies that may impact operations.

• Collaborate on enhancements to processes aimed at optimizing operations and maintaining the quality of services offered.

• Generate purchase orders for suppliers, confirming that all request details are precise for delivery.

• Monitor orders and update information within the CRM system.

• Receive and verify invoices from partners, entering amounts and pertinent data into the CRM.

• Ensure timely provision of all delivery documentation for the client's financial closing process.

• Update data in the preliminary closing tracking system.

• Completed or in-progress higher education in a health-related discipline.

• Proficient in operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
