This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serves as the primary business lead for the agency team, overseeing all aspects of the assigned client portfolio.
• Implements the client’s vision and champions agency solutions by coordinating resources effectively.
• Guides cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across various accounts.
• Promotes organic growth and development of the account team members.
• Directs account teams in the execution of tactics.
• Offers guidance on significant and/or new strategies and deliverables.
• Cultivates relationships with director-level and senior-level client partners, as well as core brand teams.
• Proactively identifies client opportunities and challenges.
• Manages forecasting, monthly and annual revenue recognition, pricing, revisions, and financial impacts.
• Reports on changes to the financial landscape and escalates revenue or forecasting opportunities and risks.
• Builds knowledge in product, category, competition, and client markets.
• Delivers strategic insights to both internal and external teams.
• Broadens agency opportunities across various client departments and divisions.
• Engages in business development and networking activities.
• Provides mentorship to junior staff and account teams.
• Maintains connections with senior-level industry executives.
• Collaborates across departments to manage issues and daily operations effectively.
• Represents the agency’s perspective at the highest levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrates leadership during challenging situations and supports business growth and issue resolution.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• May necessitate domestic and/or international travel, including overnight stays.
• 13 years of agency experience, with a preference for those who have successfully managed and expanded $1M+ pharma/healthcare accounts.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; and Internet usage.
