VP, Business Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversees transformation initiatives that align with business unit growth goals and deliver measurable results.

• Collaborates with divisional and functional leaders to identify and prioritize critical enterprise initiatives.

• Develops and implements transformation programs by coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.

• Facilitates process redesign utilizing data-driven approaches and technology enablement.

• Identifies, ranks, and executes high-impact innovative solutions in partnership with technology and business leaders.

• Analyzes root causes, addresses complex business challenges, and supports data-informed decision-making.

• Implements change management strategies and engages stakeholders to foster adoption and cultural alignment.

• Provides strategic insight, executive presence, and effective communication to advise leadership.

• Monitors outcomes, manages risks, and integrates continuous improvement practices.

• Builds and leads high-performance teams.

• Unites diverse teams around common objectives and facilitates execution.

• Offers guidance, leadership, and motivation.

• Manages personnel policies and adheres to staffing and training recommendations.

• Conducts interviews, hires staff, establishes performance development plans, and leads performance discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A certification in one of the following areas is required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, or Six Sigma.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in business transformation, with several years in a management position having significant business impact, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments is required.

• Experience in the financial services industry (insurance, banking) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in strategy execution, analytics initiatives, and large-scale change programs.

• Strong collaboration, influence, and communication abilities, with the capacity to operate at a senior leadership level.

• Analytical, innovative, and adept at navigating ambiguity within complex organizations.

• Practical knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.

• Proven management/leadership and negotiation skills.

• Capability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and meet or exceed performance standards.
