Vice President, Executive Planning Consultant

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted financial consultant for senior executives and C-suite leaders within significant Workplace benefit plan clients.

• Serve as the main relationship manager for a designated group of executives.

• Offer customized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment advice, and asset management assistance.

• Incorporate workplace benefits and plan provisions into all-encompassing financial strategies.

• Provide continuous consultation and relationship management.

• Collaborate effectively with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates.

• Foster client engagement, drive business growth, and enhance client satisfaction.

• Showcase executive services offerings during business reviews.

• Generate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events.

• Identify methods to increase assets under management and strengthen client relationships.

• Offer planning and guidance for Fidelity's Workplace Investing executive clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are essential.

• Must be able to obtain an insurance license within six months of employment.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• CFP® designation is preferred.

• Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is highly recommended.

• At least 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning is required.

• Demonstrated history of sales success in the financial services sector.

• Experience with senior executives and employee benefit plans is necessary.

• Proven success in developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.

• Ability to evaluate clients' distinct financial needs and suggest customized investment and planning solutions.

• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Extensive knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both individual and group environments.

• Strong territory management abilities with a knack for prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
