This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients to address business challenges
• Provide proactive solutions and encourage innovative thinking
• Act as a guardian of the brand
• Manage the discovery and creation of brand and product strategies, encompassing go-to-market, business, and creative approaches
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops that support strategic foundations, competitive strategies, brand innovation, and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engagement strategy to convert brand value propositions into desired experiences
• Work alongside clients and creative teams to pinpoint target audience needs, unique value propositions, and supporting rationales
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research and insights initiatives
• Ensure that activations and executions are aligned with brand strategy principles
• Identify misalignments and propose solutions
• Assist the SVP, Strategy in enhancing and expanding capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising, Communications, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Over 10 years of experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising agency setting
• Expertise in professional DTC or patient marketing
• Capability to develop targeted, transformative insights
• Experience in brand strategy, go-to-market strategy, business strategy, and creative strategy
• Proven experience in leading qualitative and quantitative research and insights projects
• Strong strategic storytelling and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in collaborating with strategy, account, creative, and scientific teams
