This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the integrated annual brand plan and the execution system for branded HCP strategy.
• Direct product positioning, HCP segmentation, claims strategy, and the development of branded HCP launch assets prior to approval.
• Manage the branded HCP strategy, including content, promotion, peer-to-peer initiatives, congress activities, field tools, budget, and performance following approval.
• Supervise branded HCP execution throughout the launch and lifecycle, adjusting messages as data and labeling change.
• Formulate brand positioning, launch narrative, and claims strategy across various label scenarios.
• Identify HCP audience segmentation and engagement strategies for specialists and referring clinicians.
• Lead agency-of-record branded workstreams and oversee the branded asset pipeline through MLR review.
• Create product and HCP digital experiences, which encompass websites, CRM programs, and media plans.
• Develop field launch tools and readiness materials.
• Spearhead annual brand planning, budget suggestions, agency guidance, HCP promotion, and synchronized channel execution.
• Enhance performance utilizing channel and engagement analytics.
• Collaborate with TLL, Account Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, Regulatory, Legal, and cross-functional launch teams.
• Convert branded HCP priorities into integrated channel plans, data and technology requirements, execution roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Co-manage the relationship with the advertising Agency of Record.
• Lead strategy, budgeting, and execution for congress activities.
• Oversee branded HCP peer-to-peer programs post-approval.
• Advocate for branded HCP strategy during cross-functional launch planning and align priorities across functions.
• 10–12 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry in the US.
• Proficiency in HCP marketing, new product launches, access, and market analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and business partnership skills.
• Previous experience in commercialization of rare diseases is required.
• Experience in neurology, neuromuscular conditions, or genetically defined populations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in pre-launch and launch leadership, including brand development prior to approval and within pre-approval promotional limits.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing marketing strategies, managing agencies, conducting market research, and forecasting.
• An MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% based on business requirements.
