This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and implement a robust BPO sales strategy aimed at achieving bold growth objectives.
• Establish the company as a leader in the BPO sector.
• Discover and target enterprise-level business prospects across various industries.
• Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Work alongside internal teams to craft and deliver tailored BPO solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends and pinpoint new BPO service opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-achieving sales team.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams on client projects.
• Oversee the sales budget while maximizing resource allocation and ROI.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• More than 10 years of progressive sales experience.
• At least 5 years of experience within the BPO industry.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex outsourcing solutions to enterprise-level clients.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets in competitive settings.
• Proficient in managing long sales cycles, high-value contract negotiations, and consultative selling.
• Outstanding leadership, team-building, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of BPO operations, market dynamics, and client requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
• Capacity to promote innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Must be open to undergoing a Level II background and/or security investigation that includes fingerprinting.
• Must consent to drug screening.
