This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive new business sales and profitability (P&L) within a designated territory.

• Commit to an annual sales strategy, set specific objectives, and project orders and anticipated revenue on a monthly basis.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of products and stay informed about market conditions.

• Provide weekly activity reports.

• Represent the company while upholding high standards of business ethics and professionalism.

• Share insights, market trends, and competitive information with management.

• Comply with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 standards and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit targets for the region.

• Conduct scheduled personalized sales presentations to the MD and OD market.

• Maintain, analyze, and leverage territory data to organize, plan, execute, and assess results.

• Educate and follow up with Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, and their staff regarding product usage, functionality, and application.

• Deliver timely, accurate, and constructive written and verbal communication to management concerning monthly sales performance.

• Manage a cost center to oversee sales, expenses, inventory, and accounts receivable.

• Explore synergy opportunities among ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners.

• Create innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored for regional needs.

• Complete and submit paperwork and requested information thoroughly and promptly.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Three to five (3-5) years of sales experience.

• Strong technical/clinical product knowledge.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

• Outstanding negotiation and diplomatic skills.

• Develop expertise in product application and the implications for practice management.

• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
