This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth, market development, customer engagement, and operational excellence within the region.
• Lead and cultivate the skills of Account Managers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, physicians, healthcare systems, and organizational stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of programs and strategic initiatives in collaboration with regional leaders and field sales teams.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, forecasts, and growth objectives.
• Create and implement business strategies to increase market share, client accounts, and customer relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, competitive landscape, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain essential talent.
• Provide coaching through field observations, performance reviews, planning, and constructive feedback; address any performance deficiencies.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline status, case coverage, account penetration, and overall productivity.
• Ensure the implementation of effective sales processes, CRM utilization, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive customer support.
• Build collaborative partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strategic Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, and complete all required documentation.
• Promote collaboration, inspiration, and accountability while upholding Stryker’s culture.
• Work in conjunction with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, regulations, and ethical practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within medical device sales is preferred.
• Previous experience in the peripheral vascular sector is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational, and management skills.
• Solid business acumen, with a good understanding of financial and commercial aspects.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Awareness of competitive products and market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office for preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Effective educational and presentation skills in varied environments.
