This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors concerning Private Client Banking lending and cash solutions.
• Perform branch visits, assess branch/Financial Advisor profiles, review Financial Advisor books, and compile call reports.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to offer guidance on Private Client Banking products to clients.
• Increase product awareness among Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants.
• Create and maintain a pipeline to achieve loan production and growth objectives.
• Spearhead marketing, training, and educational initiatives for Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants.
• Collaborate with home office product teams on Cash Solutions, Mortgages, Securities Based Lending, Margin, and Structured Lending.
• Represent RJ Bank at regional conferences and meetings.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and formulate solution strategies.
• Design and execute product marketing strategies alongside Branch Management and Financial Advisor teams.
• Coordinate efforts with Internal Banking Consultants, branch staff, product partners, and operations.
• Hold regular meetings with internal Private Client Banking product fulfillment associates.
• Shape strategic direction, create tactical plans, and fulfill complex assignments.
• Develop and present client transaction solutions along with constructive alternatives.
• Foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in new business development/origination within lending products.
• In-depth understanding of cash solutions, securities based lending, including Margin, mortgages, and structured lending.
• Expert proficiency in credit products, encompassing residential mortgage products, securities based loans, and high net worth structured lending offerings.
• Familiarity with banking and financial markets, along with associated products.
• Outstanding business development and marketing capabilities.
• Capacity to analyze financial/collateral data and assess creditworthiness.
• Strong organizational, analytical, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with Financial Advisors, branch managers, clients, product partners, and Internal Banking Consultants.
• Proficient in training Financial Advisors and Sales Assistants on the product suite.
• Skilled in managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• SIE certification required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies.
• NMLS certification required.
• Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 certifications preferred.
• Completion of formal credit training is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
