This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of new business and expand Covered/Contract Lives and bookings within employer segments.
• Convert company growth objectives into a well-defined strategy, targets, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Marketing, Customer Success, Payer, Consulting Relations, Legal, and Finance teams to align strategies, unlock upsell opportunities, and translate customer insights into product and clinical priorities.
• Establish a predictable, scalable growth engine encompassing pipeline, conversion, forecasting, sales cycles, and sales representative productivity.
• Balance immediate performance with long-term growth across various segments, channels, talent, and investments.
• Design and shape the employer go-to-market strategy, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), territory design, segmentation, channel strategy, sales motions, value proposition, pricing, and packaging.
• Cultivate trusted executive relationships with key employers and C-suite buyers.
• Personally engage in complex, high-value deal negotiations.
• Mentor Sales Directors and Account Executives on deal strategy, engagement with executives, competitive positioning, and planning for closures.
• Collaborate with Payer, Alliances, and Consulting Relations to broaden reach through health plans, PBMs, consultants, brokers, and strategic channels.
• Lead, develop, and retain Sales Directors and Account Executives within employer segments.
• Build a leadership pipeline, ensure accountability, and develop the organizational structure and coverage model necessary for scaling.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture focused on learning.
• Incorporate employer-market insights into product, clinical, customer experience, and commercial decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally to eliminate growth obstacles and enhance the customer lifecycle.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Omada’s leadership team.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership, with substantial experience in leading leaders and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
• Extensive experience in selling complex healthcare, health technology, benefits, or related solutions to large employers and sophisticated healthcare buyers.
• In-depth knowledge of the employer healthcare ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, health plans, PBMs, and strategic distribution partners.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and establishing trusted relationships with C-suite buyers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, cultivate strong sales leaders, and make informed decisions regarding talent, performance, and organizational design.
• Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functionally, thriving in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Experience in digital health, virtual care, population health, benefits technology, health plans, healthcare services, or related healthcare technology.
• Background in chronic condition management, cardiometabolic health, GLP-1 care, or other high-value healthcare categories.
• Bonus points for in-depth operational knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales methodology or a similar enterprise sales qualification and deal-management framework.
