This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop engaging, innovative, and essential insights content that provokes thought and drives action.
• Formulate new insights and effective, actionable strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Perform comprehensive analyses to uncover the underlying causes of client challenges and reshape perspectives to enhance strategy.
• Lead the establishment of Insights roles within a team of analysts.
• Provide independent insights to Gartner leaders and shape research agendas.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and transitions.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to clients and prospects through both virtual and in-person engagements.
• Create and present materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
• Assist BTI and Sales by acting as the market representative and fostering client engagement.
• Conduct timely, high-caliber peer reviews of content.
• Establish credibility as an industry expert representing Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies.
• Engage in discussions related to innovation, ideation, and research.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Insights community.
• Identify enhancements to the research process and develop new service delivery methods.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Motivate clients to consistently engage with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in an Analyst Relations team or in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership in marketing, communications, strategy, or product areas to influence corporate direction and achieve goals.
• Experience in planning, developing, and implementing an evaluative and advisory Analyst Relations program.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies that support the strategic and operational aspects of analyst relations.
• Executive presence with the capability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional research and writing abilities.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in analyzing and synthesizing data, recognizing patterns and frameworks, and defending conclusions.
• Strong communication skills for succinctly explaining complex concepts.
• Subject matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale events.
• Robust business and financial acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the relevant subject area.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across diverse teams in a multicultural global environment.
• Learning agility with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
• Capability to effectively represent Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
