This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret extensive datasets to reveal insights related to user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
• Monitor essential product metrics, identify trends, and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to pinpoint user experience enhancements based on data, client insights, and user feedback.
• Gather, document, and refine requirements for new features and improvements.
• Convert business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Aid in backlog refinement by defining, organizing, and prioritizing product enhancements and development tasks.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, quality assurance, and business teams to clarify requirements and facilitate feature delivery.
• Assist in feature validation and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze feedback to uncover enhancement opportunities and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Track adoption and performance metrics for released features and suggest optimizations.
• Create reports, presentations, dashboards, requirements documentation, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related position.
• Experience in the health industry or benefits administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Google Analytics, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Understanding of product management principles and practices.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Background in working within an Agile software development environment.
• Familiarity with Agile work management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Must possess work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
