Senior Business System Analyst, Order Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee intricate IT projects, encompassing cloud migrations.

• Develop functional designs and technical specifications to enhance and extend Order Management applications across Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Collaborate with business partners to grasp requirements, devise solutions, and spearhead development, testing, and implementation.

• Partner with both business and IT stakeholders to fulfill commitments and address issues and challenges effectively and efficiently.

• Assess effort, engage IT partners, and direct solution delivery utilizing business acumen and expertise in Oracle applications.

• Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams spread across various geographical locations.

• Navigate conflicting priorities and facilitate prioritization discussions based on strategic value.

• Drive current and future initiatives in Order Management while collaborating with leaders in Order Management, Sales, and Supply Chain to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of proven experience in Oracle R12 EBS (Order Management) or Oracle Cloud applications.

• Strong proficiency in Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Customer master modules is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex IT projects, including cloud migrations.

• 3-5 years of experience in developing PaaS applications and extensions utilizing Oracle APEX, Autonomous Database, and VBCS.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology for project delivery.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of conveying information to diverse audiences, both business and technical.

• Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced environment and generating innovative ideas to enhance business processes through technology.

• Experience in managing and mentoring operations teams, including Production Support.

• Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounts Receivable modules is a plus.

• Familiarity with RPA, Chatbots, and AI/ML is advantageous.

• Lean management and ITIL knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience with corporate IT initiatives and applications such as Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Mulesoft, OIC, and Agentic AI.

• No travel is required.
