Mid-Level Analyst – Power BI, Power Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Developing dashboards utilizing Power BI

• Creating applications using Power Apps

• Designing automated workflows through Power Automate

• Analyzing processes and understanding stakeholder requirements

• Converting business needs into technical development specifications

• Assisting the team with ongoing projects

• Drafting technical documentation and outlining development assumptions

• Establishing connections with key users

• Leading project initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics for Business, or a related discipline

• Proficiency in English at an advanced/fluent level (mandatory)

• Proven experience in developing medium- to high-complexity projects in Power BI

• Familiarity with logic for creating metrics using M/DAX

• Experience in developing medium- to high-complexity applications in Power Apps

• Proficiency in Power Automate (MS Flow)

• Experience with SharePoint databases and Data Flows

• Mandatory knowledge of SQL Server databases

• Experience with consuming REST and RESTful APIs is advantageous

• Knowledge of macro development (VBA and VBScript) is beneficial

• Strong communication skills for gathering requirements

• Basic understanding of Project and Product Management

• Analytical mindset aimed at diagnosing the root causes of issues

• Excellent relationship-building and communication capabilities with clients and team members
