This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Perform auditions by providing two 30-second audio samples using a home studio setup.

• Conduct two pre-arranged recording sessions, each lasting around four hours, once approved.

• Engage in natural dialogue, guided discussions, and scripted customer-service interactions.

• Record audio from a home studio during both sessions.

• Deliver audio samples that comply with WAV format, 24-bit, 48 kHz, and no-compression standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native-level speaker of Swiss German (CH).

• Should possess a natural, authentic, friendly, and conversational customer-service speaking style.

• A dry and quiet home recording environment is essential.

• Must have a professional external microphone; built-in laptop microphones, phone mics, AirPods, Samsung Buds, headphone-attached mics, headsets, and gaming headsets will not be accepted.

• Capability to produce studio-quality audio samples is required.

• Must be able to export audio in WAV format, 24-bit, 48 kHz, without compression.

• Audition with two 30-second samples using a home studio setup is required.

• Professional voice recording experience is preferred; experience as a podcaster, YouTuber, streamer, recording artist, or voice-over actor is advantageous but not mandatory.
