VMS Tech Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the configuration lead within the VMS environment.

• Act as the configuration lead on projects focused on the development and implementation of technology and business solutions.

• Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure technology aligns with the business needs of new and existing customers.

• Develop requirements and testing scripts.

• Monitor project progress and take ownership of resolution steps.

• Deliver tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams.

• Utilize VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Coupa.

• Gather, review, and input flat-file data into the VMS.

• Audit output data and address any errors.

• Assess operational processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.

• Support MSP quality initiatives by managing Program Change Requests in accordance with MSP procedures and SLAs.

• Initiate, suggest, and implement solutions through appropriate channels.

• Validate the successful implementation of solutions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the US VMS Operations Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous configuration experience within a relevant VMS, such as Beeline or SAP Fieldglass.

• Experience with staffing, MSP, and/or contingent workforce Vendor Management Systems.

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, or a commitment to achieve that skill level or higher.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Creative problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• A strong desire to learn and enhance technical skills.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
