Care Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of referred families, serving as their reliable contact from the initial referral to the intake process.

• Interact with families through various channels including phone and email.

• Address inquiries, resolve obstacles, and manage intricate cases effectively.

• Ensure consistent follow-up and re-engagement to guide families towards intake.

• Conduct 60 to 80 outbound calls daily to families referred by educational institutions.

• Assist families in committing to begin care and inquire if they know others who might benefit from support.

• Work collaboratively with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve cases and enhance workflows.

• Identify patterns where families face challenges and provide constructive feedback on products, tools, and communication strategies.

• Enhance the intake experience and optimize daily care operations procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Ideal candidates will have experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment with a focus on solving ambiguous problems.

• Proven experience in high-communication roles that involve structured phone or video interactions.

• Capability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality of service.

• Ability to quickly establish trust with families, counselors, and colleagues.

• Proficient in navigating complexity and ambiguity effectively.

• Strong organizational skills to handle a detailed caseload, keep comprehensive notes, and maintain consistent daily workflows.

• Positive attitude and endurance for work that is high-volume and impactful.
