Advertising Operations Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, conduct quality assurance, and resolve issues with Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Assist with large-scale campaigns involving various stakeholders and dynamic elements.

• Oversee multiple campaign launches while ensuring precision and adhering to deadlines.

• Prepare organized campaign inputs and collaborate with AI-driven and automated workflow processes.

• Examine automated campaign setups to pinpoint errors, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrections prior to launch.

• Collaborate closely with creative and cross-functional teams throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

• Track campaign metrics, reporting, and performance analytics.

• Contribute to the enhancement of campaign templates, quality assurance procedures, workflows, and future automation efforts.

• Engage in large-scale advertising initiatives utilizing AI-supported campaign operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Facebook or Meta Ads campaigns.

• Proven ability to independently establish and execute campaigns.

• Comprehensive understanding of Facebook Ads, including Pixel, custom audiences, placements, optimization, and bulk editing techniques.

• Practical experience in campaign quality assurance and troubleshooting.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to identify discrepancies.

• Experience in managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with campaign reporting and tracking methodologies.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Eagerness to learn and adaptability as advertising technology and AI tools progress.

• Direct, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads is essential.

• Proficiency in English is required.
