Operations Manager – Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Manage third-party operations from start to finish, which includes vendor communication, onboarding, due diligence, performance evaluation, compliance, and problem resolution.

• Direct operational preparedness for new product launches and significant changes.

• Collaborate with support teams, incident response, and third-party delivery stakeholders.

• Supervise customer support and address complaints.

• Take charge of operational risk and SLA monitoring, providing reports to senior management and the Board while addressing risks promptly.

• Ensure continuity during incidents and disruptions, partnering with the Operations Resilience Manager.

• Keep precise, audit-ready operational documentation.

• Assist in internal, external, and other evaluations regarding third-party management and operational controls.

• Report directly to the CEO of Mews Financial Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations within the payments, fintech, financial services, or similarly regulated environments.

• Practical delivery experience.

• Extensive knowledge in third-party governance, regulatory compliance, and customer operations.

• Familiarity with operational resilience and business continuity is a significant advantage.

• Proficient project management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to manage end-to-end operational processes in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, accuracy, and accountability.

• Ability to establish credibility as a primary owner with senior leadership, Board members, and regulatory bodies.
