VMS Tech Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the configuration lead within the VMS environment

• Engage as the configuration lead on projects that involve the creation and execution of technological and business solutions

• Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure technology aligns with client business needs

• Develop requirements and test scripts

• Monitor project progress and take ownership of resolution steps

• Provide tier 2 support to MSP clients and program office teams

• Utilize VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Coupa, among others

• Gather, review, and input flat-file data into the VMS

• Audit output data and rectify errors

• Assess operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement

• Manage Program Change Requests in line with MSP procedures and SLAs

• Initiate, suggest, implement, and validate solutions

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the US VMS Operations Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous configuration experience within a relevant VMS (Beeline or SAP Fieldglass)

• Familiarity with staffing, MSP, and/or contingent workforce Vendor Management Systems

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, or a commitment to achieve that skill level (or higher)

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Strong analytical abilities

• Innovative problem-solving skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Eagerness to learn and enhance technical capabilities

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
